This policy explains what northarkansasseptic.com collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read rather than to be technically complete-looking, and it covers the whole of what happens.
What this site collects
Browsing this site collects nothing. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no social embeds and no third-party cookies. No cookie banner appears because no cookies are set.
Submitting the enquiry form produces exactly six fields, and no others — five that you enter, and one that the server adds:

Those six fields are the complete set of what reaches the customer relationship management system. There are no additional fields, no hidden fields carrying data about you, and no values appended later. Five are what you type; the sixth is the fixed site identifier above.
The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field. A human never sees or fills it; if it arrives filled, the submission is discarded and nothing is stored. That field is never forwarded and is not one of the six.
No other data is gathered with a submission. No location beyond what you type, no device fingerprint, no browsing history, no IP-based profiling, no referrer capture, no session identifier. Standard web server logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes in the ordinary course of serving the site; they are not linked to enquiry records.
How it is processed
The form posts to a small serverless function running on the site's hosting platform. That function validates the submission, discards anything that fails validation, and forwards the six fields to a customer relationship management service where the enquiry is stored and the notification is generated.
Processing happens on infrastructure operated by third-party providers rather than on equipment owned by this business. Those providers process the data on instruction and for no independent purpose of their own. The data is not sold, rented, licensed, or used for advertising, and it is not combined with data from any other source.

Please read this section before submitting the form.
North Arkansas Septic is an information and enquiry service. It does not evaluate soil, design systems, obtain permits or install anything. The purpose of the enquiry form is to pass your details to an independent licensed septic professional so that they can contact you.
So when you submit the form:
- Your name, email, property location, and anything you write in the free-text fields are sent to an independent third-party contractor. That contractor is a separate business, not an employee or agent of this site.
- Once your details reach that contractor, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices, not by this policy. This site does not control what they do with it.
- An automatic acknowledgement email is sent to the address you provide, and a notification is sent to the site operator.
Do not submit information you are not willing to have passed to a contractor. The free-text fields in particular should not be used for anything sensitive — there is no need to include financial details, identification numbers, health information, or anything else beyond what is useful for describing a property and a job.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry records are retained while they remain useful for responding to and following up the enquiry, and are deleted when they no longer are.
You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time, for any reason, without giving one. Email [email protected] from the address you submitted, or from another address if you say which submission you mean, and the record held by this site will be deleted.
You can also ask what is held about you, and it will be provided.
One honest limitation. A deletion request removes the record held by this site. It does not automatically remove anything already passed to an independent contractor, because that is their record in their systems. To have that deleted you would need to ask them directly — and if you ask, the contractor's contact details will be provided so you can.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and buyers. It is not directed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes to what is collected or who it is shared with will be reflected here before the change takes effect.
